Accommodating and extremely polite staff, and decent food!!!

Decent size and airy unit with a microwave oven, an electric kettle and fridges. Neat building, spacious bedroom. Location just off most attractions and restaurants in central Christchurch, town centre, and a Supermarket.

Great location with room for improvement

The flexible check-in was a pleasant surprise, great to explore the city without stress. The spacious, clean rooms provided the comfort we needed after a long day walking around.

Despite the great location, traffic noise disturbed our sleep at night. The pressure of the shower could use some improvement, and I wish for softer pillows to enhance comfort.

The family apartment offered ample space with interconnecting rooms. A short walk to the city center enhanced the convenience, and the value for money was unexpectedly high. Cleanliness was an issue. The overall state felt unsatisfactory, and the unpleasant odor was off-putting. A steep $50 charge for returning a forgotten item left a sour taste in what could have been an enjoyable stay.

Had a lovely Queen Studio, super sunny bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchenette! The bed was comfy, and the TV channels kept me entertained. Plus, the after-hours check-in made everything easy.

But goodness, the headlights from passing cars were like mini spotlights on the dance floor! And a heads-up about the wifi? Not part of the welcome package!
